We never ask you to provide passwords, or other account information through email. Do NOT send any account information using email. We will NEVER ask you to send your account password or other account information, such as verification of purchase history.
An email you received from K2 Network or Knight Online will not include attachments. If you receive a message that appears to have been sent from K2 Network or Knight Online that includes an attachment, DO NOT open it!
